East Timor is a developing economy, with growing trade opportunities and premium export coffee.  We found this amazing organic green coffee from the Goulala region.  Excellent as a drip, pour over, or even as a single origin espresso.  Tasting notes include ripe berry and dark chocolate.  A new favorite at UrbanUs.
